Buds & Looms is an online baby boutique in the United Arab Emirates. Premium baby clothing and newborn essentials for babies 0–24 months, delivered across the UAE.
Our storyHow do I place an order?
Sign in, add the pieces you love to your bag and check out. Your order is recorded the moment you place it, and our studio team then contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm the details.
How can I pay?
You can pay by cash on delivery (Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives), or bank transfer (Send the transfer on WhatsApp and we confirm it by hand).
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Options: Standard delivery (3–5 working days) — AED 15.00; Express delivery (1–2 working days) — AED 45.00. Orders over AED 150 ship free, whichever delivery you choose.
Shipping policyHow long is my order held if I have not paid yet?
Orders awaiting payment are held for 24 hours, then released so the pieces go back on the shelf.
Can I return something?
Unworn pieces with tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Wash items, gift boxes opened at the seals, and made-to-order knits cannot be returned. We arrange a collection in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
