Placing an order creates a contract once it is accepted by Buds & Looms. Prices are in AED and include calculation of VAT at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock cannot be reserved, if an order awaiting payment is not settled within the reservation window, or if we reasonably suspect misuse. Title passes on delivery.
