We keep only what we need to fulfil an order: your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, delivery address, and the pieces you chose. We do not sell data. WhatsApp messages are processed to identify authorised store staff and to send order updates. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to identify your account; we never see your Google password. Emails we send you, such as a password reset, are delivered through our email provider. You may ask us to delete your account; completed invoices are retained as required by UAE law.
